Before the Program
For over a month, I couldn't sleep and couldn't hold my head up straight. The pain was so severe I was afraid I'd need surgery.
What made it worse — this wasn't my first time. Five months of therapy got me better, but the pain came back just two months later. This time I was out for two and a half weeks, pushing through the pain and running out of options.
The Turning Point
Dr. Tom reviewed my X-rays and identified the root cause immediately: my neck was curved the opposite direction it should be. That structural problem was behind all my pain.

Solution: Our program is efficient and effective. We ask for just 30 minutes a day which is split into a morning, afternoon, and evening session. These routines are easily integrated into your existing schedule. With this small investment of time each day significant changes in your life will be made.
Solution: We have worked this exact program with our patients for over two decades. With pre and post x-rays taken of every patient, not only did we achieve amazing subjective improvement with symptoms but we were also able to correlate with objective changes on their x-ray evaluation. Each client will receive one-on-one virtual coaching sessions to optimize their results and performance with our program. Our most recent client has been suffering with headaches on a daily basis. Most days waking-up with a headache often lasting throughout the day. After 6-weeks of working our Home Rehab Program they are down to 1-2 headaches per week with significant reduction in length and intensity of the pain.
